Inside Sales Representative - IT (1-5 yrs)
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target industries.
- Use various sources, such as databases, social media, and online platforms, to generate leads.
- Cold call and email prospects to introduce products or services and establish interest.
2. Qualifying and Assessing Leads:
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and buying potential.
- Evaluate leads based on predefined criteria to determine their likelihood of conversion.
- Conduct initial product or service demonstrations to showcase benefits and address inquiries.
3. Building Customer Relationships:
- Establish rapport and maintain regular contact with prospects to build trust and credibility.
- Provide product information, pricing details, and proposals to address customer inquiries.
- Address objections and overcome obstacles to advance the sales process.
4. Closing Sales:
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the customer and the company.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as sales managers and product specialists, to streamline the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Sales Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings.
