JOB TITLE : Inside Sales Representative

- In line with Strategic Key priorities of SKF India Industrial Business Unit, to increase the customer Reach, Penetration with Lower cost to serve the customers, in response to the changing way of doing business Inside Sales channel is being rolled out.

- We are looking for a dynamic capable result oriented sales professional to execute this initiative.

Purpose of the role : To generate business from existing customers (Small OEMs), acquire new customers and provide best in class customer experience.

Responsibilities :

- Lead generation using advanced technology tools.

- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, tender sites, or digital resources.


- Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.

- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support by connecting with internal stakeholders

- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients

- Informing customers on new launches and getting business from them.

- Drive the Distributor/Segment Sales Team to build pipelines and support to close orders

- Create product promotional plans with the Marcom team

- Closing orders and working with client through closing process

- Lead internal initiatives and drive the team to ensure maximum results.

- Proactively engage with the customer throughout the sales life cycle to ensure best in class experience.

5. Penetration: New Products Sold

1. Domain Knowledge (Market / Product / Segment/Price)

Candidate Profile :

1. Diploma/Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering

2. 4+ years' experience in Industrial Sales/Engineering product sales.

3. Preferred industry : Engineering Products , Industrial Products

4. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred

5. Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
