- 2+ years of Inside sales experience in selling software solutions/products, preferably open source technology concept selling.
- US & Europe market Experience is a must.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, understandable terms
- Ability to influence others through presentations via phone, web or video
- Ability to understand and relate the customer's environment to our solution
- Should be able to convert leads into closures, strong hold on Negotiation & convincing strategies.
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify opportunities and map prospects, identify decision makers and effectively reach out to them.
- Experience in Cold calling, Email prospecting, opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
- Excellent verbal & presentation skills
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to make technical sales and learn new technology (Engineering background)
- Strong listening and collaboration skills
