Inside Sales Manager - IT Services - EMEA/MENA/India Region (4-6 yrs)

We are currently retained by a global IT services organization which is growing--no we are not talking about an MNC so please read carefully and only if you would like to use your current expertise and gain global exposure in a high growth setup then apply.

The role is with an IT services firm that solves problems by harnessing the power of technology. The organization builds human centred solutions in variety of Industries including Financial services, Insurtech, Fintech, Retail, Supply Chain & Logistics, Telecom, Healthcare, Media & Entertainment.

As an Inside Sales Manager--you will be responsible for generating qualified leads for various services & solutions of the organization for different markets in India, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia & New Zealand, Middle East. The role is not about identifying leads but to ensure appointments with the key people and leading to closure.

The role will include:

- Lead generation for global markets

- Establish, develop and grow new business relationships over the phone/email with influential contacts within Key Accounts.

- Use Outbound Lead Generation tools such as Calls and Email Marketing to hunt for new business

- Finding the right decision makers and or influencers within enterprise accounts

- Setting appointments with prospects

- Demonstrate an understanding of customer's critical business issues and propose Organization's solutions that help clients meet their business objectives

- Partner with Sales Team to effectively create regional territory plans

- Achieve Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly target commitments as agreed with the Sales Leadership

To fit in the bill:

- 4-8 years of experience in International lead generation

- Experience in IT or ITES solution sales

- Requires negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal

- Should have good understanding of products and services

- Experience in dealing with overseas clients

- Highly articulate and confident presenting in front of others

- Someone who has strong analytical and project management skills

MBA from a decent B school is preferred.
