Roles and Responsibilities Individual Demand Generation: - Own an individual lead generation quota Qualify prospects for real opportunities/ projects - Help field sales progress opportunities in the sales cycle Team Responsibility for Demand Generation: - Manage territorial/Vertical responsibilities through generation of new business opportunities - Responsible for ensuring that the team quota of the vertical is met - Strategize with field sales and marketing on the demand generation program to increase quality, reach and market penetration and quantity of leads - Determine tactical plans with individual team members and monitor and review periodically the execution of the plans - Ratify all qualified leads of the team before they are published - Drive and Monitor daily, weekly, quarterly activity metric call stats, daily reports, publishing, chats, etc. - Review and help team to progress pipeline and provide roll up forecast - Manage and navigate through escalations from prospects and internal stakeholders Experience: - Should have a minimum of 7 years with most or all of it in a Technology Sales/ Pre-Sales function - Experience in Inside Sales/ Lead Generation/ Business Development/ Enterprise Sales - Hands-on experience in CRM (Salesforce preferred) and Sales Intelligence tools - Ability to understand the industries and core business processes, to identify problems faced - Should be Techno Functional who can map technology to Business Processes
