Inside Sales Head - Demand Generation - IT (12-20 yrs)

Our client is one of the leading IT companies in India. They have around 25+ offices across 12 countries and over 1000+ clients in more than 40+ countries. They have emerged as a leader in new-age technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud Computing, or Machine Learning (ML).

Presently they seek to hire an Head Inside Sales (Demand Generation). The objective of the role is to generate a high-value pipeline that could increase the Revenue. It is a leadership role playing crucial in role in developing next-generation enterprise products and pitching to some of the largest enterprises.

Responsibilities:

- To implement demand generation strategies across India and SEA.

- To lead, mentor and train the team on critical demand generation and sales development skills like communications, objection handling, Product pitching etc.

- To effectively drive the team's outreach via emails, cold calls, webinars, tradeshows, Linkedin, etc.

- To gain in depth Market Intelligence, drive coverage and processes in order understand the current position of what prospects need/what system they are using and position our products accordingly.

- To develop Outbound Demand Gen Content - Ex. An effective email copy personalized to prospects to ensure high open and response rates.

- To liaise closely with the marketing and sales teams to seek feedback, collaborate on projects to achieve desired KRAs.

- Drive adoption of demand generation and lead management best practices

- Ideal Candidate should have around12+ years of experience in leading a team for outbound sales in B2B environment.

- A proven enterprise-focused demand gen/outbound marketing experience of at least 5 years in a B2B - environment is ideal.
