Inside Sales Head - B2C reports into Business Head - People currently working in Bangalore / Hyderabad and start up exp required - B2C in Edtech / SaaS Role : - Inside Sales Planning &amp; Forecasting. - Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales plans for regions and&nbsp;territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. - Manage and implement the sales forecasting, and planning, and establishing high levels of&nbsp;quality, accuracy and process consistency for the sales organization - Complete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees;&nbsp;following up on work results - Work directly with sales team &amp; various stakeholders to develop a deep understanding on&nbsp;the business metrics &amp; performance - Co-ordinate with and be part of the organizations Management team and provide valuable&nbsp;inputs to shape and direct the growth of the company in a sustainable manner. - Understand the competitive landscape and market trends - Work with the Sales, Marketing, Planning, Customer Support and Operations, teams to&nbsp;implement targeted sales strategy - Plan &amp; distribute targets amongst teams, monitor its achievement and conduct periodic&nbsp;performance reviews. People Management : - Monitor and motivate sales teams to act in accordance with company values, culture,&nbsp;policies and procedures. Introduce and implement industry best practices. - Manage and motivate entire sales to ensure overall achievement of organization goals and&nbsp;targets. - Support recruitment, training and retention of quality sales personnel. Act as a motivational&nbsp;leader to key team members. Technology, Automation and Analytics : - Drive the successful implementation of the sales automation platforms\ - Use Technology to optimize sales efforts. - Analyse pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales teams providing key&nbsp;business insights. - Through reporting and analytics, validate the quality of the lead and pipeline data and&nbsp;provide guidance to improve the overall data quality. - Ensure reports and other internal intelligence and insight is provided to the sales&nbsp;organization. Experience : - Candidate should have demonstrated track record of managing multiple revenue streams&nbsp;and growing revenues by at least 50% CAGR revenue growth. - At least 10+ years of experience in Tele sales and FOS. - Having Online sales experience, with a knowledge of education products or Ed-Tech&nbsp;experience would be an added advantage - Experience in managing and leading a high performing sales team - Collaborate with the CFO and the Head of Product to collaborate on a product strategy and&nbsp;technology roadmap at the onset &amp; liaisons with Customer Success Team to improve&nbsp;proposition communication - Deep understanding of customer needs and passion to deliver value over features
