Inside Sales Associate - Software Technology - US Shift

The company's technology visualizes over 100,000 wells and serves more than 30 independent and mid-major oil companies across the country including Denver, Houston, Dallas, Midland, Pittsburgh and Oklahoma City. It has offices in Los Angeles, Irvine and Bangalore (India).

Currently, We are looking for Inside Sales Associate for their Bangalore Office. Candidate should carry 3-6 years of experience with large multi-national, or telemarketing agency in generating leads through inside sales based program

Some of the roles and responsibilities are as follows:

- Need to capitalize on the rapidly rising brand equity, latest technology launches and customer success . This role becomes a significant glue in the development and conversion of leads generated with the support of marketing.

- The associate's role includes but is not exclusive to generating brand new conversations with companies unaware of them.

- Fostering relationships with companies who are aware of them but not ready to buy; and actively ensuring that marketing generated leads achieve high conversion rates.

- The ideal candidate will be able to artfully initiate brand new conversations and relationships over the phone with prospects about their business problems and our solutions.
