Input Zero - Project Manager (7-15 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management Deliverables:
- Create, maintain, and update project management documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and scope statements.
- Develop and manage detailed project work breakdown structures (WBS) to ensure clear task allocation and progress tracking.
Project Governance and Communication:
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.
- Foster effective communication channels among project stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, reporting project progress, risks, and issues to key stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management:
- Keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality solutions on time and within budget.
Project Execution and Risk Management:
- Lead project execution, monitoring project activities, tasks, and milestones to ensure timely completion.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring proactive risk management.
Budget Management:
- Monitor project financials, tracking expenses against budget and ensuring cost- effectiveness.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.
- Team Performance and Outcome Delivery:
- Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional project teams, promoting collaboration and a positive work environment.
- Drive team performance, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Ensure successful delivery of project outcomes in alignment with business goals.
Competencies:
- Advanced understanding of software development methodologies.
- Intermediate level experience in IT Service Management and Cloud computing.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Advanced business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- ITIL v3 Foundation certification.
- Proven experience in managing software implementation projects.
- International experience is preferred, demonstrating a global perspective and cross cultural communication skills.
