The HR Business Partner will be responsible for supporting the HR function, working closely with the CXO team to drive business results through effective HR policies, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and administration. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with legal and regulatory requirements. - Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to employment and labor laws. - Maintain employee data and records accurately and securely. - Ensure timely and accurate inputs to the payroll process. - Work closely with CXO team to manage human resources in alignment with business needs. - Develop and execute strategies for employer branding and engagement initiatives. - Handle HR administration and operational tasks effectively. Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist. - Strong knowledge of HR policies and statutory compliance. - Experience in maintaining employee databases and records. - Experience in managing payroll inputs and processing. - Ability to work with CXO team to manage human resources effectively. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Experience in employer branding and engagement initiatives will be an added advantage.
