Job Description :

- We are seeking a highly motivated Pre-Sale Consultant with experience in ServiceNow and cloud-based products to join our team.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with sales teams to identify customer needs and provide technical solutions to help win new business.

Responsibilities :

- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

- Participate in sales calls and meetings to provide technical expertise and guidance.

- Understand the competitive landscape and provide competitive analysis to the sales team.

- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback and suggestions for product improvement.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

- Provide input to the marketing team on product positioning and messaging.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Preferred Tier 1).

- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sale consultant role.

- Strong technical background and experience with ServiceNow and cloud-based products.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, product management, and engineering teams.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
