Job Description :

Job Summary :

The candidate will be responsible for generating revenues from Advertising Sales, On screen, Off screen & retail space. Working closely with PAN INDIA units to structure and implement annual, half yearly, quarterly Sales plans, various schemes, and promotions successfully.

Responsible for setting up, maintaining & continuing robust sales process and also executing new channels for overall sales revenues.

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for drawing company wide sales plans in line with annual sales budgets & company business plans.

- Responsible for achieving sales revenue targets through Off Screen and On Screen Advertisements & also thus contributing /making Brand INOX position on top of the minds of all Advertisers & consumers. Responsible for realization of sales and timely collection and receivables. Establishes high level/s of accuracy and process consistency in planning, forecasting and achieving budgets.

ACHIEVING SALES REVENUE TARGETS IN TERMS OF :

ON SCREEN REVENUES : Driving & ensuring optimum on screen advertisement yielding revenues continuously and achieving screen wise sales revenue targets, as an ongoing process. Responsible for optimum utilization of on screen time slots and achieving advertisement revenues

OFF SCREEN REVENUES : Driving & ensuring optimum on screen advertisement yielding revenues continuously and achieving screen wise sales revenue targets, as an ongoing process. Responsible for optimum utilization of on screen time slots and achieving advertisement revenues

INNOVATIVE SALES VERTICALS / REVENUES : striving constantly to generate revenues through non-conventional mediums in achieving the well-deserved revenues. Identify and roping in new advertisers. Understanding of the market, including trends, technologies, products, and players and pitching across for revenues.

BRAND POSITIONING & IDENTITY : Responsible for achieving highest coverage through on screen/ off screen mediums and making advertisers to recall brand INOX. Maintaining the integrity of brand INOX in all sales communication strategy. Ensuring and attracting high advertisements visibility in all INOX Properties.

RELATIONSHIPS WITH AD AGENCIES/SERVICE PROVIDERS/CREATIVE PARTNERS : Ensuring proper communication and commercials between the company and media /agency direct or indirect partners. Working closely with vendors relating to media buying, Out of Home Media/ Cinemas/ advertisement production houses.

DOCUMENTATION : Ensuring appropriate documentation for all contracts/ Rate Orders on National Level. Ensuring transparent billing process across each and every transaction.

SALES MIS : Evaluating progress and providing various statistical and narrative reports regarding Sales activities and revenue related

MANAGING TEAM : Maintain Sales team resources - coaching, training and development and monitoring of sales teams and create an effective sales organization. Responsible for making high-performance sales team

PROACTIVENESS : Proactively identify changes in Industry and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies accordingly. Devise & manage to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts. Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies.Establish effective relationships with other departments to address key business aspects and opportunities
