1. Maintaining healthy / harmonious employee relations between the organization and unions through constant dialogues and meetings/ negotiations, to ensure 100% productivity, and "zero loss" of man-days.
2. Vision 360- Ensuring compliance in all Units, in coordination with Regional Managers. Ensure 100% adherence to compliance. (To be maintained in both in System and Manual record)
3. To address all employee grievances at all levels and redressing the same to the best possible manner,, to ensure 100% productivity, and " zero loss" of man-days.
4. To ensure that discipline is maintained at all levels across all Units and initiate necessary action in case of violation, to ensure 100% productivity, and "zero loss" of man days.
5. Handling all employee related legal matters, coordinating with legal consultants / advocates and timely intervention in all HR and employee related matters.
6. Developing, reviewing all HR Policy matters/ Systems from time to time and timely implementation. Completing the Manual accordingly.
