Inovaare - Senior Business Analyst (4-6 yrs)

Responsibilities

- Experience in collaborating with Cross-Functional teams to manage enterprise projects within the organizational framework

- Experience in handling multiple customers and handling various customer deliverables from project plan to solution delivery and support

- Conducting weekly status meeting with customers and submitting the monthly status report to management

- Experience in writing and delivering various project artifacts, such as SOW, Change management, Proposals.

- Excellent experience in project development and management of software solutions.

- Insightful experience in end to end project management activities including Discovery, Inception, Elaboration, Implementation, Risk, People Management, Requirements Elicitation, Business Analysis, Solutions Architecture, Resource Utilization, and Quality Management

- Proficient in Scope Management, Cost Management, Change Management, Risk Management, Scheduling, Time & Stakeholder Management, Strategies for Business Continuity & Seamless delivery, and managing project expectations including project scope creep.

- Define and manage Projects in Waterfall (SDLC), Agile SCRUM, and Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodologies.

- Lead project teams, develop project plans, manage and track project execution, manage production deployments, design prototypes, assist in usability testing, developing, executing, and maintaining product releases.

- Lead status review meetings and reporting performance metrics of all projects to senior management involving VP, Delivery Directors, and to client leadership teams.

Key Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills

- Understanding of systems engineering concepts

- Project planning, tracking, Monitoring & Control, and Reporting

- Modeling techniques and methods

- Building good rapport with the customers and other business partners

- Leadership, Team Building & Mentoring

- The candidate should have experience in US Healthcare.
