We have an urgent opening for Program Manager for Leading IT Industry.

Location: Bangalore/ Chennai

Job Responsibility :

- Directing technology planning and direction, strategy development, leadership and implementation, business and operational global transformation execution and business solution delivery.

- Responsible for working on the IT Infrastructure Management Project

- Working on Application, Server and Data Centre Migration Projects, and Server Build Projects.

- Working end to end on the Project Financials.

- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with the technical architecture, implementation, and deployment.

- Forecasting Expenditure and Revenue, Designing and evaluating the Quote, Calculating the man-hours and performing resource planning, Documenting the labor hours, performing the Invoicing and working with the Finance Team.

- Liaising with business and key stakeholders & technical resource pool to derive common strategic needs across the enterprise

- Creating, Evaluating and Managing the Project Change requests for change in Time, Cost and Scope; following the entire change management cycle.

- Driving CRITICAL and biz. Impacting operation items to closure with the effective and sustainable delivery solution with teams.

- Communicate and Manage the day to day IT operational aspects with Account, Engineering, and Technology team.

Must Require :

- MBA from Elite College/University (Tier I or Tier 2)

- Experience working in a leading Global Management Consulting or Professional Services Firms

- Experience in driving Global Strategy & Transformation Projects/Programs for IT Services clients

- Global Operational Initiatives & Process Improvement

- Exposure to digital technology Vs automation would be a plus

- Experience in supporting Head of Delivery with board meetings and conferences such as NASSCOM and other leading events
