Roles & Responsibilities:
You will:
- Understand and transform the technical details and prepare the marketing material to educate and benefit the customers.
- Build product positioning and messaging that resonates with the customers and differentiates our products from its competitors.
- Understand the competitive landscape and be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned. Develop and advance market segmentation for each product offering.
- Provide detailed plans for new product launches and oversee the implementation of launch plans and user acquisition hacks.
- Translate new product offerings and features into marketing and communication strategies.
- Support the product suite and business development team with customer onboarding content.
- Closely work with key players (design, content, product, growth) to execute strategies.
Qualifications:
You should have :
- A master's degree in marketing, Finance, Communication or Business Management.
- First hand professional experience of working in investment or investment centric products, experience with NFT, Cryptos and Blockchain based product is a big plus.
- Understanding of the product positioning, product placement and modern day marketing techniques.
- Ability to plan, execute and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Familiarity with various analytical tools like Google Analytics, Web Trends to understand and analyse its data points, and align our marketing campaigns and strategies to maximise the impact.
- Entrepreneurial nature and spirit to transform goals into realities.
- Organizational mindset, skills and abilities to work in high impact and fast paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team and all stake holders; strong interpersonal skills is a must.
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker with a process-oriented mindset who can quickly adjust priorities.
- Strong analytical skill along with agile execution to quickly align and adjust priorities while synthesizing the strategy to achieve set goals.
