Job Description:
15+ years of IT professional experience with significant experience in leadership roles
Significant experience in Data Management in the following areas (Banking and Insurance Domains will be a plus)
- Data Science including AI, Cognitive, Statistical Modeling and Data Mining
- Bigdata
- Cloud
- Visualization
- MDM, DG, DQ
- ETL
- Machine Learning Tools
- Regression
- Proven experience as a Business Leader in at least one of the above areaswho has experience in first hand Solution Sales to the CXOs and SXOs.
- Exposure to the following technologies would be preferred Hadoop, AWS, Azure, R, Python, SAS, Spark
- Experience in working in the USA in a high-touch client facing role preferably as a strategic consultant/ adviser capacity would be a definite plus
- Experience in managing P&L
- Experience in Practice Building, Practice Leadership, People Management, Process Governance, Delivery Excellence, Solution and Capability Building, Sales Support
- Experience in working with individual practice leads and strategize growth as well as guide teams in BizDev or Delivery areas on need basis.
