Innoviti Payment Solutions - Vice President - Corporate Sales (15-20 yrs)

In this role the candidate will be responsible for

1. Acquiring New Logo and Sales from Corporate and Strategic Accounts.

2. Generating healthy merchant Revenue per user ( merchant ARPU )

3. Ensuring Partners teams across the country are trained and comfortable selling Innoviti

4. Build strong and high quality funnel for predictable sales growth measured through SFA

5. Building, coaching and managing the team for sustained success measured through Attrition & Open Positions

Duties:

- Converts organizational goals into executable Sales Plan and Strategy in consultation with Product Marketing.

- Provides feedback to Product Marketing on the market developments to continuously refine plans.

- Studies data to understand underlying trends and strategize the market and sales focus.

- Prepares a GTM (Go-to-Market) plan based on Marketing strategies and details it out for team.

- Ensures efficient implementation of marketing plans for easing up acquisition.

- Trains team on processes, ensures adherence and coaches leaders in the team on review through processes.

- Understands the complexity of the sales process and manage partners and Customers for a frictionless sales execution.

- Build relationships with Partners, train their teams across the country for effective Sales execution and Value creation for our customers

- Hire, train and manage teams for executing to the plan and targets.

- Understand the power of Innoviti multi sides Platform and identify and create opportunities in customer/merchant accounts to monetize the Platform

- Drive Sales discipline and ensure forecast accuracy

- SMART Goal setting for the team, performance monitoring and review of the team.

- Create pricing plans in consultation with Finance.

- Create incentive plans for team to ease up customer acquisition.
