Designation: Paid Campaign Manager - Digital Marketing Location: Bangalore Reporting to:- VP - Digital Marketing Role and responsibilities: - Planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across marketing platforms including Google Ads (Search / display / YouTube), Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, etc. - Efficiently utilise digital marketing budget to meet campaign objectives for both performance and brand campaigns - Optimize choice of digital marketing channels for different campaigns - Work closely with creative team to develop compelling creatives for campaigns - Collaborate with web development team to optimize landing pages for conversion - Regularly present insights and performance reports of digital marketing campaigns - Identify new opportunities through keyword research/competitor analysis - Stay on top of emerging technologies and trends in digital marketing and actively advocate their adoptions wherever suitable - Be the subject matter expert on leveraging digital marketing channels for growth for the company Desired qualities - 3-5 years work experience in digital marketing - Should have handled substantial digital marketing budgets - Expertise in running different ad formats on google ads (Search / GDN / YouTube / Shopping) and Facebook business manager (FB &amp; Instagram) - Exposure to running campaigns on LinkedIn, twitter, amazon would be a plus - In-depth knowledge of digital analytics products like google analytics, google tag manager, Facebook pixel, etc. The person should be able to draw actionable insights and build customer audiences using them. - Excellent analytical and communication skills - Should be enthusiastic about learning new skills and technologies - Engineering / MBA background from a premier institute is preferred
