Our vision is to reduce the cost of accessing money for everyone. This will help fuel economic growth in a small way. Our mission is to organize the flow of money to do this.

The company has created a payments platform that helps in doing this. This platform has a unique ability to add intelligence to traditional payment channels helping businesses reduce cost and enhance sales. Four kinds of businesses get attracted to use these channels.

1. Merchants who want insights into customer payments for better control and reduced payment back-office operations.

2. Brands who want to drive preference for their products through lower cost and better controlled promotions at these merchants.

3. Financial service providers such as payment entities, wallets, employee benefit cards, who want to drive preference for their payment instrument.

4. Banks and lenders who want to get access to customers at these merchants to offer them loans at a lower risk and cost than other channels.

Innoviti is addressing these customers through two key propositions - a) uniPAY Next - a set of consumer payment and lending services and b) smelending.com - a set of short-term working capital services for small businesses.

Over the past two years the company has invested heavily in building up the platform. It is now ready to disrupt the business by changing the way payments platforms add value and attract and onboard customers. It would do this by:

a) Making the platform open to onboard customers easily,

b) Changing distribution models to reach 100X customers, and

c) Allowing more intelligence to the channels.

To drive this roadmap the company is looking for talent who are ready to do what no payments platform has done before and what every payment platform will do thereafter.

Designation: Manager / Senior Manager - Corporate HR

Reporting to: Associate Vice President - Human Resources

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Associate Vice President - HR to ensure timely, effective and smooth execution of the programs and initiatives in the Corporate HR sub function. Ensuring that objectives laid out for the function are actively met.

Duties:

1. Follow and keep on updating employees onboarding process.

2. Get 3-months plan ready, for newly onboarded employees, from respective reporting managers.

3. Make sure all required policies are in place and followed rigorously as per compliance and statutory requirements.

4. Support Finance team during audits.

5. Maintain up to date employees - HR files and database.

6. Get the bank's accounts, insurance's account, tools access, etc. arrangement for newly onboarded employees. Get all these access closed for an employee at the time of exit.

7. Handle all queries, grievances and escalations from employees on the floor and ensure the same are resolved within committed timelines.

8. Define system driven workflows to ensure that the payroll (and all related payments) is error free and smooth.

9. Work actively with the Payroll vendor to deliver a better customer experience to the outsourced employees.

10. Ensure that the data shared with the finance team is accurate and error free and in sync with the data maintained by the finance team, like department information, etc.

11. Recommend salary numbers to the candidates based on internal benchmarks and ensure that there is parity.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. MBA from a premier institute with atleast 10+ years of experience in which atleast 3 years as owner of the HR Operations function in a fast-growing organization.

2. Effectively communicate key issues and ideas with minimal supervision across different levels of employees.

3. Should be very conversant with Labour laws and its implications across the various states in the country

4. Should have played a hands-on role wrt payroll administration and all related aspects

5. Prior experience of building processes and policies to ensure that the organization scales seamlessly as it grows

6. Should have prior experience in using technology to ensure smooth administration of HR related workflows.

7. Prior experience of working in a start-up would be preferred

Personality:

The ideal person for this role would be someone who loves the challenge of an entrepreneurial environment and is able to deal with complexity and rapid change.

Needless to mention, the person would be self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and impeccable integrity. He/She would have a track record of delivering results consistently in uncertain environments. Excellent communication skills with an ability to manage crucial conversations with senior stakeholders.
