Job Designation: Head Acquisition Location : Bangalore Responsibilities: Own &amp; Build all online and offline Marketing Acquisition channels and ensure objectives are met to maximum efficiency. Will lead strategy, tactics, planning and execution of Innoviti's Customer acquisition Roadmap. Key Responsibilities: - Design, manage and implement all acquisitions channels for Innoviti's Product lines - Deliver against KPIs optimizing against customer lifetime value to meet annual forecast goals - Provide results and recommendations against new approaches,customers,Technologies,sites for cutting edge programmes - Manage Monthly Marketing spends - Work with development and product teams to ensure user experience is as frictionless as possible, and make recommendations to improve conversion rates at each step of the user flow - Collaborate with customer retention team to develop new retention programs that will drive improvements in lifetime engagement Key requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred from reputed college with experience in Customer Acquisition roles in cut through organizations. - 10+ years of Total experience with 5+ years of customer acquisition experience in new age organizations. - Proficient in data analysis. - Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Salesforce. - Familiar with marketing automation tools. - Power user of networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. - Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer. - Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.
