Data on payments made by customers and to suppliers contains a wealth of information. Innoviti's job is to help businesses monetize this. Innoviti- platform provides businesses with services they can use to monetize this intelligence. They can drive efficiencies in reconciliation, cash management and interest costs. They can also provide marketing services to customers and suppliers to enhance sales or reduce cost. All done in a measurable and controlled manner. Towards this the company is: a) Making the platform open to onboard customers easily, b) Changing distribution models to reach 100X customers, and c) Allowing more intelligence to the channels. To drive this roadmap the company is looking for talent who are ready to do what no payments platform has done before and what every payment platform will do thereafter. Responsibilities: The role involves the person heading the Payments &amp; Consumer Lending business of Innoviti and taking overall responsibility for revenue and profitability of the same. The person would be responsible for growing the business in line with the company's overall strategy of driving more transactions, richer transactions and more use cases backed with a superlative service experience. The customer acquisition, retention, growth and business operations functions would be reporting to this role. Duties: 1. Understand the underlying levers of Innoviti's business and their interdependencies to bring predictability and consistency in the business. 2. Understand the business plan, the teams, the market and align KPIs to drive the end goals. 3. Understand available people and processes and align them with the business goals. 4. Identify areas of improvement in teams and processes and take necessary initiatives to bridge these gaps for delivery to long-term strategy. 5. Constantly look at opportunities to remove human errors and reduce cost in the processes through automation. 6. Constantly monitor and correct the strategy and plans to ensure that the business is aligned with the company vision and strategy. 7. Continuously looking to establish a strong brand for the organization in every interaction with the industry. 8. Develop a risk framework for the business and monitor the key risk indices actively to mitigate the same. 9. Constantly influence the market through participation in industry forums and market events to ensure positive brand recall. 10. Constantly provide feedback to Technology, Product Management and Marketing departments to drive future roadmap. 11. Provide regular reporting to the leadership team on progress against the business plan, risks and support required. 12. Keep the business relevant and ahead of the market by constantly interpreting customer, market and technology trends and providing feedback to the leadership team. Skills and Qualifications: - B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MBA from reputed tier 1 colleges only. - Proven track record of atleast 15 years of business development and operation experience in FMCG, Retail, Banking, Software, Durable industry in a leadership position. - Atleast 5 years in a position reporting to the CEO or 2 in the organization. - Should have demonstrated ability to carry out business transformation in a large team through process, product or people management changes. - Should have demonstrated ability to carry out business transformation through introduction of tools within company processes to drive efficiency, measurability and predictability. - Proven record of increasing revenue by introducing innovative sales and distribution methods. - Strong process orientation both in sales and service. Formal training in sales methodologies would be a plus. - Track record of building market share and wallet share in hyper-competitive markets. - A record of creation and growth of relationships with top management in large organizations would be critical. - Demonstrated ability to manage tough competitive markets, crisis situations, turn-around situations would be an additional plus. - Demonstrated ability to spot unusual trends in data and relate them to people, process or market risks. Personality: Ideal candidate would have a strong internal drive to solve large sales, distribution and operations problems through unconventional ways. Ease in dealing with high levels of uncertainty is essential. Should be able to connect and inspire trust with senior level stakeholders in customer organizations. Should be a good listener, ready to openly accept better ideas. A quick decision maker with confidence to take responsibility failures. Should have comfort in facing failures with an ability to introspect and hit the road running again quickly. Should love learning new things and new ways of doing the same things.
