Our business involves developing products that use technology to remove friction in a) the supply of money (credit) and b) movement of money. Solving these tough problems in sustainable ways that are scalable and profitable is a tough challenge!

The uniPAY product line drives the payments business where we process more than Rs 10,000 Cr. of transactions annually. The smelending.com business drives the lending to small owners business where we process Rs 400 Cr. of lending annually

Job Description:

Job Designation : Associate Vice President, Program Management

Location : Bangalore

Reporting to : Vice President - Software Engineering

Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for delivery of multiple customer integration projects within specified timelines. He / she will define the work plan, resource needs, timelines, risks and budget for multiple simultaneous projects and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Duties:

- Provide solutioning support to business teams for integration of Innoviti products with client systems.

- Manage multiple client integration projects across locations and ensure that the client timelines are met.

- Continuously identify risks and plan for mitigation to ensure that timelines are met.

- Continuously communicate accurately and with clarity to internal and external stakeholders on the progress of various projects.

- Must be able to drive clarity through ambiguous and complex dependencies, architectural challenges, recommend alternatives to ensure aggressive timelines are met

- Assess true status of the delivery / project through proactive delivery review, identify risks and implement corrective actions.

- Put in place processes and constantly measure their efficacy towards delivering quality solutions in a timely manner to the customer.

- Work with product management, Sales and enabling functions to ensure that the project is being designed and delivered with the highest bar of excellence

- Applies metrics to monitor performance & health of the ongoing project/s and measure key project parameters.

Skills & qualifications:

Bachelors / Masters- degree in Engineering from tier 1 colleges

- The incumbent will have 14+ years- experience in the IT Services industry and atleast 4+ years- in the leading the delivery of software projects.

- Experience with full software development lifecycle including but not limited to waterfall, Agile and Scrum development practices

- Experience in requirements gathering & documentation, estimation methods, risk & issue management and project reporting

- Atleast 5 years experience in directly interfacing with corporate IT clients for management of complex IT multi-site projects.

- Should have managed delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, meeting the key performance objectives defined

- Experience in managing complex projects and support engagements.

- Ability to get into details and troubleshoot based on situation demand. Resourceful with a solution-oriented approach and an ability to think laterally

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment managing changing priorities

- Achievement oriented good positive energy and enthusiasm towards meeting the goals and targets.

- Establish software development practices and standards that will be adhered to by every team member.

Person should enjoy the challenge of an entrepreneurial environment be able to deal with complexity and rapid change. Needless to mention, the person should be self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and impeccable integrity. He/She would have a track record of delivering results consistently in uncertain environments and extreme pressures. Excellent communication skills with an ability to manage crucial conversations with very senior external stakeholders. Experience in managing successful migrations of projects from one technology framework to another would be key.
