Job description:

Designation : Associate Vice President - Medium Accounts Management

Location : Bangalore

Reporting to : Vice President - Business Development

Responsibilities:

- Increase revenue by selling IT and payment solutions to Retailers/ Merchants

- Hire, train and manage teams for executing to the plan and targets

- Building, coaching and managing the PAN India sales team for sustained success measured through Attrition & Open Positions

- Converts organizational goals into an executable plan and strategy for medium size corporate accounts.

- Monitor the entire sales cycle till successful in-store pilot of the solution

- Ensure relationship build-up through regular meetings with merchants and partners to drive revenue

- Work with Internal teams to make sure that the pilot becomes successful and get roll-out approval from Merchants

- Provides feedback to product management on the market developments to continuously refine plans

- Drive the sales team towards the identified segment and achieve revenue targets

- Ensures efficient implementation of marketing plans for higher usage and stickiness

- Trains team on processes ensures adherence and coaches leaders in the team on review through processes

- Drive process discipline and governance across the customer life cycle and partner management

- SMART Goal setting for the team, performance monitoring and review of the team

- Manage tough commercial negotiations

Qualification:

- MBA from a Top Tier institute with a minimum of 7 years of experience in sales team management

Skills and Experience

- 15 + years overall experience with recent 5+ years of experience managing 100s of corporate relationships through a structured sale process

- 7 + years of handling at least two regions/ zones of the Indian market

- Understand technology and should be capable of translating customer needs into solutions along with tech. team

- Strong in planning, data-based decision making and problem-solving

- Ability to drive process improvement for sustained and predictable results

- Should be able to train, coach, mentor a multi-layered team

- Strong team player who can work with other parts of the organizations to effectively manage challenges

- Executive Presence to represent Innoviti to CXOs of large customer organizations

- Should have managed team who interacts, negotiate and sells to CXO level positions in mid to large scale enterprises, across the country

- Results-oriented with a sense of urgency and passion for success

- Have excellent communication, time management, listening, presentation and writing skills
