Should have a good understanding of the Brand/Account Management Mobile, IT, Consumer durable, home decor and pharmaceutical industries. 2. Should have a good understanding of the Brand/Brand Retail behaviour. 3. Should have good Large key account management skills. 4. Create short term and Long Terms Business strategy to scale up the Brand Partnerships. 5. Should have the capability of interacting with CEOs, CFOs, CMOs, Business Heads of large companies and should be able to Long term Business planning and Joint GTMs with them. 6. Create a business plan for a) increasing share of business within the Brands by constantly exploring, suggesting relevant business solutions and b) constantly acquiring New Brands in the target verticals. 7. Present business plan to Management for approvals. 8. Build a Robust constant feedback/ review mechanisms with the brands that will improve the health of the partnership. Also, to align future of brands &amp; Innoviti in a seamless way. 9. Conduct Quarterly and Half Year Business Planning Session with Management team of Brands. 10. Ensure inter departmental coordination for issue resolution within the TAT. 11. Interface with marketing on opportunities with the Brands to develop communication and branding strategy. 12. Ensure timely inputs on Market intelligence to the Product team &amp; hence influence the future product footprint. 13. Represent the Brands to the banks &amp; ensure continuous joint activations 14. Manage all agreements, renewals, pricing changes. 15. Ensure Market leadership in the designated Brand Segments/Brands. Skills and qualifications: 1. Will hold a MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in consultative business management. Should have a demonstrated ability in Hunting &amp; Farming large named customers. 2. Should have demonstrated extreme levels of customer orientation. 3. Should have a detailed understanding of the Consumer Durable/Mobile/IT/FMCG Industries . 4. Should have excellent Brand/Key Account Management skills 5. Should have the capability of handling large Scale Implementation 6. Should have strong strategic skill sets and should be able to create Long term Business strategy 7. Should have good key account management skills 8. Good command of English language with ability to communicate complex ideas through simple words. 9. Have the flexibility and availability to travel (approx. 30 %-50% of time). 10. Should be self-managed and self-driven attitude without push from reporting manager.
