We are actively seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Digital Experience Solution Head to join our growing team. This role will directly work with the leadership team and put the solutions and capabilities that will differentiate Innover.

Key responsibilities include :

- Lead large scale solutions with hands-on experience of putting client solutions together and selling it along with the sales team

- Ability to understand customer problems in digital experience space and recommend the right solution.

- Deep experience in implementing digital marketing, eCommerce, content & personalization solutions for global customers

- Deep knowledge about Adobe and SalesForce Product stack in Digital marketing, eCommerce and Marketing automation and customer 360

- Managing and assessing the customer life cycle and the digital experience life cycle.

- Monitoring customer interactions for insights and data.

- Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently

- Continue to invest time and effort in understanding Innover's evolving capabilities and their application to the client context

Qualifications :

- 12-14 years of relevant work experience around digital technologies and its practical application to the real-world business problems

- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing principles

- Team and People management skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Knowledge about Adobe and Salesforce product stack in Digital marketing

- Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline
