Job Description

- Demand generation and ability to identify the new business opportunities to contribute to the sales strategy.

- Solution designing, Selling and Prepare solution deliverables with SOW.

- Engage & understand client's business challenges and translate them into CCTV solution and articulate its value proposition.

- Work collaboratively with business development team and other stakeholders across distributed geographies and is able to sell ideas and solutions internally as much as externally.

- Technical and customer-facing skills.

- Meeting revenue, & profitability goals for particular Line of Business.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: B.Tech./MBA (Tier 1)

Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of industry engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a management position.

Behavioral Skills:

- Demonstrated team building and leadership skills.

- Out of the box thinker must be key driver contributing to the products roadmap and willing to take innovative product risk while balancing the road map for on time deliverables.

- Strong relationship management, strategy development, project management, problem solving and change management skills.

- Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, strong in building relationships, team player, dynamic, creative with the ability to work on own initiative.

- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
