Please visit us to know more at : https://lnkd.in/dP6Ur4Yi http://nauk.in/dv7XhNJ Project Manager Responsibilities: - Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. - Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues. - Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards. - Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant. - Establishing effective project #communication #plans and ensuring execution. - Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget. - Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients. - Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients. - Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables. - Managing customer #satisfaction within the #project transition period. - Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements. - Monitor client delivery on an ongoing basis to ensure agreed SLAs and KPIs of the contract are strictly implemented. - Responsible for customer retention by ensuring a high level of customer engagement for all the accounts under the purview. - Handling client accounts and ensuring continuous development of the portfolio. Handle client escalations & queries via call, mail or meeting. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure deliverables within TAT and resolve client #escalations. - Publish TAT analysis and various other KPIs to client on regular intervals #hiring #innovation #team #training - Seek, process and execute client requests and updates - Maintain trackers, reports for #client interaction Salary Range - 15-25 LPA We have planned WALKIN drives for incumbents on 24th May 2023.
