- Responsible for driving innovation across international business units of this large FMCG player. - Building and managing the pipeline of new products for the business unit, along with local marketing teams. - Driving key innovations across the markets. - Developing consumer connect and insights for innovation. Key Skills : - Strong project management a must. - Analytical reasoning. - People management. - Excellent communication. - Strong business and marketing understanding. Experience : - At least 9+ years experience, with at least 5+ in FMCG marketing or consulting. - Experience in innovation or NPD preferred. - Experience of driving projects in Africa, Asia and other Emerging markets important. Education : MBA from a Premier institute Other : Ability to travel to international markets 10 days a month.
