Innovation Lead - Finance - BFSI

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY :

- Strategic and futuristic thinking around F&A - how the world of Finance is changing and with it how the role of CFOs and Finance teams are evolving.

- Lead the Center of Excellence for Finance and head the Innovation agenda for clients through data science and analytics-driven decision making, optimal use of tools & technology such as Blackline, Workiva, etc.

- Lead project delivery, client conversation and manage stakeholders on the project both internal and external.

MUST HAVE :

Education:

- Must be a Post Graduate (M.B.A from premier B School), C.A. or C.P.A with at least 9+ years of experience in Finance and Accounts domain.

- Must have strong experience in R2R and at-least one of the other F&A areas like O2C, P2P, FP&A, Treasury etc

- Functional experience in Finance transformation projects across all or any of the phases i.e.

- Feasibility, Design, Build, Deploy, Stabilization preferably involving implementation of enabling technologies, tools and software applications
