Your Role We are looking for Associate- Administration to join the Finance team. You will work with business and finance teams to conceptualize right ways of looking at the business, prepare relevant reports, track right metrics and provide analytical insights. A Day in the Life - Preparing daily management report, weekly & monthly management report. - Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries. - Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges). - Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock. - Prepare vouchers. - Keep updated records of office expenses and costs. - Perform other clerical duties such as filing & photocopying. - Proven work experience as an admin executive or similar role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Professional attitude and appearance. - Solid written and verbal communication skills. Ensure office area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, pencils, notebooks etc.). - Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email (DMR, WMR & MMR). - Good Knowledge of HK, Maintenance, Cafeteria, Transport and Security management. - Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise, - Excellent organizational skills. - Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. - Customer service attitude. What You Need - 3 - 5 years of experience in an executive role at a corporate office on any role. - Advanced MS Excel based modeling skills - Experience in a software company would be preferred. - Graduate / Post-graduate would be preferable. - Good communication skills. - Good Knowledge of MS office. - Pro-active approach. - Team Player. - Good Listener.
