We are looking for Senior Manager - Human Resource business operations to join the People Operations team who will be working as a key partner to aligned businesses, and gain deep knowledge of the business, people, and drive best talent engagement practices and organizational needs to diagnose issues, recommend solutions to challenges, and further enhance the capabilities of the organization.

- Work with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures

- Strong understanding of the complete employee cycle and the intervention that need to be created to ensure that HR backbone creates ease of doing business for the complete organization

- Implement functional HRMS / HRIS and internal databases across all departments and locations

- Design and implement company policies

- Create and manage processes of onboarding, background check, system automation, data management and Exit management

- Create and develop the reporting framework on each of the identified areas

- Working knowledge of HR systems with a strong ability to quickly understand and develop a plan to deploy efficiency measures leveraging these

- Project management experience, especially in managing cross-functional projects and initiatives

- Highly capable of working in a matrix oriented, multi-geographical setup

What You Need :

- 8+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience directing/leading HR operation, Compensation benefits, HR Compliances and automation of processes, delivering an integrated program of work across the HR COEs.

- MBA / Graduate degree in the relevant discipline, highly analytical subject with high academic achievements

- Business Acumen - An ability to understand the business metrics / key drivers to drive appropriate outcomes

- Excellent understanding of employment law and its application on a pragmatic basis

- Strong time management, organization, prioritization skills and the ability to be able to manage multiple projects and casework

- Previous experience in a multi-site organization, advising on a range of terms and conditions would be desirable

- Experience of preparing project management templates, keeping track of project milestones and deliverables, managing internal stakeholders

- Ability to handle ambiguity; reduce complexity and drive to outcomes without missing important details

- Strong analytical skills with experience of managing and analyzing data

- Ability to apply a flexible approach in searching for solutions without resorting to a formal process as a first step
