Innovaccer - Manager - HR Change & Transformation (4-8 yrs)

Your Role:

As a Manager - Change and Transformation, you'll support evidence-based decision-making. You'll provide analytical inputs to the HR Leadership and the global leadership team. You will bring a quantitative perspective to discussions on new and existing HR processes and procedures. You will use data, research, and analytical insights whilst working with COE teams of People Operations to help us improve processes, build predictive data sets to enable stakeholders to solve people-related challenges, to aid in thought leadership on the complete cycle of talent analytics, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing attrition.

What you need:

- Work as the strategy arm of the CPO office tackling open-ended questions to bring market intelligence and data-driven decision making

- Work onboard presentations and Quarterly business reviews etc, with high exposure to leadership

- Provide analytical support in people metrics & reporting

- Use data analysis and predictive data models to help influence changes to the operations, processes, or programs.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts across the People Experience teams to promote data governance and to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight

- Communicate findings to stakeholders through formal presentations, as well as support standard management reporting on a periodic/quarterly/annual basis

- Create, maintain, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets & reports

- Provide expertise on external benchmarks and key internal surveys supporting the People team

- Serves as the domain expert for People Analytics & reporting

- Partner closely with internal teams to build the required system functionality to collect, analyze and present data

- Provide coaching and training on the use and interpretation of metrics

- Example projects:

- CPO priority agenda topics such as Talent Branding, companywide communications Team OKR planning, and goal setting; weekly team meetings

- Research and design support for organizational design; geographic expansion talent strategy; career path design; Employee engagement; People OKR planning and team goal setting

What you need:

- Undergraduate degree in a highly analytical subject with high academic achievements

- 4 to 8 years of work experience from a top tier consulting firm

- Deep interest and aptitude in manipulating and analyzing complex data accurately to drive insight

- Strong experience with basic automation using Microsoft Excel

- Strong experience with HR data analysis and HR domain knowledge is preferred

- Ability to research open-ended questions to develop an approach, corroborate with data, and develop a practical action to drive adoption

- Ability to write high-quality storylines backed by data and research on trends etc. to accelerate leadership action, adept at using PowerPoint or similar tool

- Strong written and verbal business communication skills. Experience in working directly with business leaders in multicultural settings

- Proven experience in project scoping, expectation setting and management, timeline management, QA, and seamless collaboration

- Strong communication skills, clear and confident with the ability to deliver messages in a concise manner with strong and effective written and verbal communication
