Your Role : We are looking for Executive-US Accounting to join the Finance team. You will work with Innovaccer's Finance team to drive financial operation for the company. A Day in the Life : - Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions for the invoices and releasing the invoices for Payment and resolve all vendor queries and requests coming via e-mails / Tickets within the agreed SLA. - Review vendor agreements and ensure for other related form like W-9 and maintain the vendor master on real time basis. - Review and validate basic requirements of valid invoice like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date etc. and maintain a tracker of the exceptions and ensure Invoices / queries are handled taking based on the exception tracker. - Review and approve vendor invoices and ensuring correctness of accounting. - Review and get the approval from the respective HODs before processing vendor payments and outstanding dues.&nbsp; - Maintain the vendor tracker on real time basis and make sure the payment is done within the due dates. - AP related financial closing activities like maintaining AP ageing, vendor reconciliation and raising intercompany debit notes. - Submission of AP related audit requirements - Coordinate with the advisory firm in the preparation and filing of Form 1099 and other related compliances. Liaising with the bank, assist in the budget/projection related thing. What You Need : - 4-6 years of experience in US Accounts Payable in the industry/company. SaaS product or IT company is preferred. - CA Preferred Skills : - Basic understanding of US GAAP accounting related to expenses/payments/payroll/fixed assets/depreciation. - Candidate should have an exposure of working with IT industry/ Company. Saas is preferred. - Good verbal and written business English communication skills.. - Adequate knowledge of Financial Statements &amp; books of accounts. - Exposure of NetSuite accounting tool and com AP processing tool will be an advantage.
