The candidate should possess a passion for aggressively scaling up marketing initiatives by rigorous A/B testing, data mining, analytics, and funnel optimization. Using the latest marketing tools and techniques, the person in charge will help the lead generation and revenue growth with quantifiable targets and prioritization of initiatives digital and non-digital that capitalize on scalable channels.
Job Description
Lead development and execution of the overall marketing plan to achieve revenue and profit objectives.
Create, manage and optimize website experiments to maximize revenue, conversions and other key metrics.
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market plans for product and content releases.
Identify opportunities for inbound and outbound marketing campaigns and develop these opportunities into multi-channel plans
Experience
2+ years in Sales & Marketing
Btech/ MBA from tier 1 colleges
Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and others
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc)
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
