Key responsibilities :
Lead Generation :
- Identify the prospects (companies) in the industry of choice
- Deep research into the functional aspects of each prospect
- Identify the decision makers of the prospects
- Detailed research on the competitors of the prospects in the industry.
- Contact the prospects with tailor made intros ( These have to be well directed and written to each with a specific and concrete objective) to create awareness of InnovAccer and our products and get a meeting
- Cold Emailing/ messaging on Linkedin
- Continuous outreach to the prospective client for follow ups
Lead Qualification :
- Qualify the leads on the basis of certain pre defined parameters
- Continuously reviewing the process for improved results
- Process definition and adherence
- Define a systematic process of generating leads
- Bring industry best practices to create a team of global standards
- Every step in the process will be measurable and weighted
Team Development :
- Set quantifiable targets for your team
- Manage and evaluate the performance of the team members with certain performance matrix
- Mentoring and Coaching for Inside Sales, Cold Calling and Messaging
- Inculcate a culture of best practices in the team
Qualifications & Experience :
- Min Graduate and above
- 2-4 years of experience in a lead generation role (preferably for an Analytics/IT/ITES industry)
- CS grads a plus
- Experience in coordination and engaging senior business executives
- Ability to deliver on targets
Soft skills :
- Impeccable oral communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills with a knack of writing emails and informative mailers
- Assertive in making a point
- Go-getter attitude
- Must believe and be able to map the organization's vision with his own
- Persistence and diligence to 'go the extra mile'.
- Articulate in both verbal and written presentation
- Ability to build credibility with the audience
- Must have natural business acumen in order to qualify an opportunity
- A self starter capable of making sense in unstructured situations
- Organized and meticulous in maintaining leads and follow ups
Business skills :
- Expert in engaging with the senior business executives
- Expert in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Expert knowledge of using LinkedIn and other relevant social media tools.
- Prior experience in cold calling is preferred
