Job Role: AVP - Corporate Sales

Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities:

As a sales leader you will be required to lead every facet of the product's journey starting from positioning, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and all external communication. As a Product Sales Head, you will have to work very closely with the product development team to understand the market and needs of researchers/communities/universities, define goals and strategy to drive sales, awareness and adoption.

- Extensive market research and consumer understanding of the product sales cycle

- Establish product & brand identity through a mix of new and traditional marketing

- Develop and implement marketing, business and sales & strategy

- Develop optimum communication strategy to drive maximum ROI to create revenue forecasts, in conjunction with the leadership team

- Work with the enterprise marketing team to create campaigns for generating product awareness and increase sales

- Contribute to the development of the sales plan

- Track and manage company pipeline to exceed quarterly business goals

- Create alliances and tie-ups with universities/client's to develop value propositions

- Manage sourcing channels to drive maximum productivity

- Understand brand requirements and bring feedback for product improvement.

- Handle and manage all tenders/ RFP / RFI specifications

- Develop and grow repeat business from existing companies

Essential Skills:

Ideal candidate would have 3 - 5 years of core experience in product/software services industry. Preferably with prior experience of solution selling, including, but not limited to Internet, Digital, Social CRM, Media, Cloud Services, ORM Solutions and Software.

- Proven track record of driving and closing million dollar enterprise deals and building strategic partnerships by growing a market

- An understanding of and proficiency with demonstrating software solutions.

- Proficiency in the sales processes and account/territory planning.

Proficiency in solution selling in complex sales cycles with C-Level interaction and strong closure skills.

- Capable of driving sales process, proposal writing and contract negotiation.

- Connect and actively engage with key influencers and decision makers inside an organization.

- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

- Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced environment and to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and constantly evolving context.

- Create alliances and tie-ups with related industries to develop value propositions

- Manage sourcing channels to drive maximum productivity

Must be willing to work in a growing start up and should be flexible with expectations, willing to work long hours as and when required. We believe in rewarding performers

Education Qualification:

- Engineering graduate with good academic record

- MBA from a good management school will be preferred
