Your Role

We at Innovaccer are looking for a strategy professional who will be part of Innovaccer's Corporate Strategy Team. They will be focused on running analysis to help the business scale and operate efficiently as it continues on its ~100% growth trajectory. They will be working closely with the Associate Director of Strategy & Corporate Development looking at strategic growth initiatives. They will be responsible for driving new projects that help Innovaccer become a value partner to customers.

A Day in the Life

- Value proposition development for promoting strategic relationships with current and new customers

- Research industry trends, unique idea generation supported by data driven evidence and comprehensive summary presentation of proposal idea to senior leadership

- Work cross-functionally with business heads, collaborating and coordinating with a range of internal stakeholders to recommend & structure the strategic proposals on a wide range of business use cases

- Build analytical models and perform regular financial, competitive, performance, and market analysis for the strategic proposals in order to comprehensively value business opportunities

What You Need

- 6-9 Years of experience in Tier-1 strategy consulting or investment banking

- A self-starter with the ability to quickly respond to problems independently and proactively address conflicting stakeholder requirements to achieve creative compromise

- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, be a true team-player and effectively time-manage and prioritize under pressure

- Ability to deep dive into industry understanding, identify trends, generate opportunities, and structure detailed value ideas
