Agricrest is the investment management arm of Innoterra AG (earlier known as Pioneering Ventures Group A.G), a Swiss conglomerate with more than decade and half experience in Indian Agriculture sector and in Middle East / South Asia.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- To drive the strategic business planning and result tracking end-to-end. Provide inputs on strategy and plans, provide analytical support, and create and review spreadsheets.

- Manage the various critical projects and programs across all the divisions on behalf of the CEO.

- Participate in and actively contribute to the annual budget preparations.

- Track corporate performance KPIs, interact with functional heads, and streamline findings and course of action with CEO.

- Conduct regular research on market and competition and be updated with the latest trends in the industry.

- Enable leaders to make decisions based on data insights/findings.

- Drive new initiatives/projects, actively track and monitor progress and take corrective action.

- Support in preparing business proposals, presentations, marketing plans, and business operations.

- Analyse business, financial performance, and valuation of potential investment opportunities.

- Set agenda for meetings and provide support on tracking all deliverables.

- Plan and direct all administrative, financial, and operational activities for the CEO.

- Develop KPIs / dashboards to monitor, track and report business performance monthly.

- Support the CEO in the preparation and presentation of reports, proposals, budgets, and related activities.

- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness and impact of strategic initiatives taken up by the company.

- Co-coordinating with Cross Functional teams to ensure project deliverables.

- Attending Top Level Meetings with CEO and making minutes of meeting

Qualifications :

- Should be an MBA from a premiere institute

- Good presentation skills and Interpersonal skills are essential.

- Exceptional attention to details combined with strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and strong follow up skills would be an asset.

- Ability to make strong relationship/ connects especially at senior levels.
