Experience: 5+ Years of relevant project management experience Location: Pune Required qualification - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Software) or master's in computer management - Optional combination: Masters in Biotech + MBA / PMP / CPM Key Responsibilities: - Interface with Clients / Key Account Managers (KAMs) / Solution Consultants / Knowledge Partners / Internal Stakeholders to understand projects requirements - Analyse the requirements along with the team, discuss feasibility, plan, scope and define milestones - Coordinates project execution, schedules, track the progress of projects and report status to internal stakeholders - Maintains up-to-date project plan documentation beginning with Project kick-off, Specifications, resource requirements and allocation, milestones, JIRA, QA and project closure related documents - Closely monitors each project he or she manages to ensure that projects remain on track, meet deadlines, stay under budget, and develop according to plan. - Proactively escalates any blockers, risks to project delivery to stakeholders Required Experience - 5+ years of Project management experience in software development set-up for services and products, preferably Life Science, Healthcare IT solutions, Data Science or Knowledge processing services (KPO) set-up - Well versed with Software Development Life Cycle - Experience in Delivery organization / Operations - Experience with Agile / Scrum PM methodologies - Experience of managing teams without direct authority or reporting structure - Well versed with MS Office and MS Project - Knowledge of JIRA/ Confluence tools will be an added benefit - Multi-tasker, personable, out-going, proactive and result driven. - Impeccable English written and oral communication
