Manager Finance

Overview :

We are seeking a Manager Finance who will be responsible for creating, analyzing and interpreting the data and to arrange well informed decisions in the Finance Operations, Strategic Finance and MIS/Reports. To ensure Innerscore has an effective finance function, which meets all internal and external accounting, tax and statutory reporting requirements, and provides strong financial support and guidance to the Innerscore Ed Tech operations. You will also be expected to create a new financial models and charts to assist with the business pan and forecasting. We prioritize passion and energy to add to our team.

As a Manager Finance :

Your Key Responsibilities :

Finance Operations :

- Book keeping and accounting on a regular basis

- Internal Audit, Annual Audit and other statutory work

- Assist in preparing year-end books for audit

- Tax computation, filing, working with departments related to tax modules

- Knowledge in other statutory compliance

- Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations for any necessary entities

- Financial Planning and Analysis.

Strategic Finance:

- Strategically Planning the key financial metrics

- Prepare the organizations in-depth analyses to provide insights to key decision makers in operational strategies.

- Preparation of consolidated strategic financial planning and analyses report.

- Analyze revenues, expenses and monthly actual to ensure accuracy and perform variance analyses to ensure financial performance of the organization.

- MIS/Reporting

- Creating MIS and various reporting related to the

- Creating and presenting Monthly, Quarterly, Annual financial P&L report (MIS) at product level.

- Board Meeting, Audit Committee meeting presentation report details.

- Liasioning with auditor and tax authorities as required

- Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles.

- Develop or recommend solutions for problems or situations

- Experience presenting analysis and recommendations at executive and board levels

- Able to operate on multiple levels of abstraction, from strategy to execution and collaborative.

- Advanced excel skills for report generation and analysis of high volume of data Essential

- Excellent communication skills to negotiate with external stakeholders on commercial contracts and transactions

What We Need:

- Professionally certified Chartered Accountant OR holder of relevant degree and qualified in the above certification

- 3-4 years of experience in financial management position

- High analytical with strong attention to detail
