Our co-founders, Dr. Amit Malik and Neha Kirpal, bring both the provider and user perspectives on mental and emotional health to InnerHour, along with successful entrepreneurial experience both in India and abroad. Our core team comprises alumni from IIT, IIM, Wharton, St. Xaviers, London Business School and other top schools across the world, with significant experience in developing and delivering emotional wellness products to individual users, corporates and insurance companies.


About the Role :


We are looking for a human resources specialist at InnerHour. This role will be responsible for all recruitment processes, people policies & culture building initiatives. The HR specialist will own the recruitment life cycle end-to-end, right from scoping out requirements, to managing onboarding for all new joinees.


Key Responsibilities:


- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling & making offers until closure.


- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.


- Work cross-functionally with all teams (including technology, product, design, content, sales, client servicing, marketing, clinical, etc.) to manage people requirements including scoping out roles & staff planning.


- Build & frame people policies reflecting the core values of the organisation, to ensure that all employees are motivated, empowered & satisfied


- Build the InnerHour brand as a desirable place to work & thereby attract quality talent


- Represent the company internally and externally for all events/partnerships (online/offline) with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.


- Work closely with the leadership & core team to ideate, execute & manage culture building initiatives, events, workshops, etc.


- Conduct regular pulse surveys to measure employee satisfaction & use feedback to drive change


- Work with finance team to manage employee records, payroll systems & staff-related statutory compliances


Skills And Qualifications :


- 5-7 years of relevant work experience, growth-stage startup experience preferred


- Masters/MBA preferred but not mandatory


- Interest in mental health is a big win!


- Strong communication & interpersonal skills


- Ability to work seamlessly with diverse stakeholders & senior management


- Excellent planning & organization skills


- Ability to take ownership & manage processes end to end


- Good understanding & knowledge of best practices & channels for recruitment
