Roles and Responsibilities:
- CA with 7-8 years of experience, having worked in a mid-size Company.
- Leadership skills to be able to collaborate with the existing Manager Finance and lead the team along with him.
- Fully conversant with FSCP end to end Consolidation of Financials, MISBU P&Ls, Practice P&Ls, Budget vs Actuals etc.
- Extremely good excel skills to be able to download data and generate the MIS Reports.
- Having an exposure to accounting for Companies having global presence.
- Limited knowledge of Contracts.
- Compliances for Companies in India, UK, US, Singapore, Middle East.
- Good communication skills to be able to coordinate with the Leadership team and other internal stakeholders, Auditors, CPAs/ CAs outside India for filing of taxes, filing of refund of WHT etc.
- Exposure in M&A, DDR etc.
- Working on an ERP (preferably NetSuite) is an advantage.
