About the role :
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving ad revenues for both the lock-screen content and Roposo within Glance. You will take part in the complete marketing and Go-To-Market (GTM) experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey across strategy, research, creative, training, media, and measurement.
From determining product value proposition, competitive analysis, feature education, sales training, demand generation through digital and direct channels, you will help shape the voice of the product and help in driving revenue growth.
Understanding the landscape of paid marketing and how we might be helpful to the advertisers will be the key task. It will be key to see how we can influence the cross-functional team across product, sales, revenue ops, brand solutions and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing and business development strategy from beginning to end.

What we need :
- 3-5 years of marketing experience in the marketing space
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to roll up his/her sleeves to deliver to the goals when needed
- Right attitude to work as a team-player with multiple cross-functional teams
- Collaborate well, both within the marketing team and cross-functionally
- Confident to speak their mind and fight for what they need to be successful
- Global outlook on strategy with local knowledge of implementation
