Inhouse Legal Manager Lawyer

- Competence in a broad range of corporate and business laws and experience in undertaking and executing complex commercial transactions;

- Extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, redlining, analyzing, and summarizing various legal documentation such as software services agreements, commercial agreements, channel partner agreements, non-disclosure agreements, memorandum of understanding, and software license agreement;

- Ability to analyze and assess business processes, identify issues and propose pragmatic solutions while possessing a strong legal and business judgement;

- Possessing an exceptional legal aptitude and acumen in analyzing statutes, regulations and documents while possessing a commercial outlook;

- A consensus builder with great people skills who can effectively and efficiently collaborate and build relationships with attorneys and business clients at all levels throughout the organization.

- Superior time management skills, proven ability to adhere to timelines for deliverables and pays great attention to details.

- Independently drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts for various business lines including technology, SAAS, procurement and other day to day business contracts.

- advice the business teams on laws applicable and legal risks related to new lines of business and assist the business teams in structuring the new lines of business.
