In house Contract Lawyer - Pune

One of our MNC is looking to hire contract lawyer for their Pune office. Looking for 5-8 years of experience.

Responsibilities :

- Draft and negotiate contracts for the provision of SAAS offerings to sophisticated financial and healthcare clients and partners.

- Manage vendor contracting requirements.

- Provide legal counsel to company management and directors regarding employment, corporate, and other initiatives and activities.

- Work with outside counsel on selected engagements.

- Provide legal administrative support services for US initiatives.

- Collaborate with organizational affiliates regarding international opportunities for expansion.

Skills, Experience and Minimum Requirements :

- Qualified to practice law in India

- At least 5 years' experience

- Knowledge of privacy requirements a significant plus

- Knowledge of SAAS offerings a significant plus

- Knowledge of payment requirements a significant plus
