Job Description :
- Managing full cycle recruiting process for the organizations current requirements ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Interacting with Business Head and the Talent Acquisition Head to understand perspectives of the role and role dimensions
- Recording the role dimensions and processing the Job Specification and Description after a consensus amongst the stake holders
- May eventually manage a team of professionals who help the organisation meet it's hiring needs within timelines
- Mapping the market and competition for talent
- Managing Head Hunters where necessary
- Benchmarking and identifying target companies
- Strategizing different ways to build the talent pipeline and execute on tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns
- Building strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future talent requirement
- Engaging and activating passive candidates
- Planning and executing campus hiring events
Candidate Profile :
- Experience in innovative HR management in a professional environment
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to and experience in overseeing multiple projects and prioritizing appropriately under pressure
- Should have experience in effectively managing and coaching people
- Should have prior experience handling senior level recruitment
