Job Description : Enterprise Sales Leader Location : Mumbai (HO) PURPOSE : The leader of the Enterprise Sales team would be responsible for defining, executing and owning the strategy required for delivering revenue goals for the Enterprise Business in India. Setting up strategic objectives and maintaining our growth and market share by driving new account acquisition, activation, account management and sales strategy would be the key objective of the role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - The incumbent will be responsible for development and management of operations, processes and initiatives that will increase the productivity of the team, improve competitiveness, and drive revenue growth while optimizing operating expense. - Apply both tactical and strategic go to market models aimed at growing the customer base both in the short and long terms to drive higher revenues, customer growth and customer retention. - Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive and non-traditional sales &amp; marketing strategy across a diverse product portfolio aimed at maximizing the penetration of the products. - Exhibits authoritative business, financial and legal acumen to develop meaningful business recommendations; continuously monitors and improves area-of-control operations to ensure alignment with company's business direction, the quality of business practices and optimum organization performance. - Build and develop individual and team capability, ready to scale in support of Ingram's accelerated growth. - Proactively develops and nurtures solid CxO-level relationships in key accounts as a basis for expanding the company's business-partnering presence - Understands industry drivers and the customer base better to bridge the company solutions with account-relevant problems and opportunities. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE : - Minimum of 15 years of experience in working in Enterprise Market sales. - Requires a minimum of 5 years experience leading a sales organization. - Experience with Networking/Hardware/Software products, solutions, markets and competition. - Graduation with a MBA degree from a premier institute. KEY CAPABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES : - Energetic and charismatic sales leadership skills that can motivate both an internal and external sales team to meet quarterly objectives and strategic goals. - Knowledge of Enterprise Accounts with extensive relationships and the ability to build relationships. - Experience in developing and implementing a successful go-to market plan and multiyear (three year) business/sales plan - Experience building and developing a high performing team of leaders and sales professionals - Sales experience with high tech products (hardware, software, services) required, networking sales experience required.
