Job description for Network TPM

Experience: 6-8 yrs

PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS:

- Demonstrated success in leading technical projects from initiation to delivery across cross-functional teams

- Proficient in project scheduling, resource allocation, and milestone tracking using tools like Jira Plan and Smartsheets

- Strong grasp of project finance, including budgeting, cost control, project spending, accruals with tools such as PowerBI and Clarity

- Skilled in risk management, change control, and stakeholder reporting

- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment

- Manage risks and issues within tight delivery schedules

INTERPERSONAL & LEADERSHIP SKILLS:

- Excellent communication skills, especially able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

- Strong collaboration and team-building abilities

- Experience in conflict resolution, negotiation, and motivating diverse teams

- Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and facilitating technical and non-technical meetings

- High emotional intelligence and adaptability in dynamic environments

TECHNICAL EXPERTESE:

- Proven experience with enterprise networking technologies including routers and switches

- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN architecture

- Demonstrated knowledge of datacenter infrastructure, including cabling and rack design

- Familiarity with cloud networking, especially Azure, Google Cloud, and Oracle Cloud

- Ability to lead troubleshooting efforts for complex network issues and coordinate resolution across teams

- Vendor management skills, tracking deliverables, ensuring high-quality and timely deliveries

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree: Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or other related field

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (desirable)

- CCNA/CCNP or equivalent networking certifications (desirable)
