Ingenuity Gaming - Technical Project Manager

R&R:

- The role holder has the overall responsibility for managing a games studio which typically comprises software development projects for multiple clients. This would include planning, revenue forecasting, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on how each of the clients are performing in the studio.

- Managing clients/accounts in a professional way that results in a healthy working relationship between the company and the client. Meets revenue and growth targets. To achieve/exceed revenue forecasted.

- Responsible for understanding requirements & creating roadmaps including Resource Plans, Effort Estimations, and Baseline Project WBS

- Excellent cross-group collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to lead collocated/virtual teams to deliver

- Facilitate execution of the plan by interacting regularly with various internal stakeholders to remove dependencies

- Should serve as a single point of contact for all deliveries and have experience in handling key account-related concerns

- Must be proactive in identifying critical business, technical, and/or operational risks & issues and then drive risks/issues to closure

- People Management

- Understand and identify areas of improvement across delivery channels

Required Candidate profile:

- Must be from Software Development background

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience in software development life cycle

- Multi-tasker

- Awareness of Project Methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum/Kanban)

- Scheduling using MPP, Jira or Any other tool

- Good to have Certifications and Tools :

- PMI-PMP or PMI-ACP or ITIL or CSM

- Tools knowledge: Jira, MPP, Zoho Projects
